From the Headlines

I love it when a paradigm shifts. Like the author, in 22 years of practice, I have yet to see tightness in the back of the leg be a result of the hamstring muscle. The tightness is because of the nerve tension and other causes that don’t respond well to stretching. Sitting with a leg out straight makes it worse. Activating the muscles and turning on the glutes makes all the difference.
